I was advised not to bother with a birth plan - when the times comes, it all goes out the window! You really can't 'plan' your birth. What will happen will happen - no matter how many times you have gone through it (each labor is different).
Decide beforehand what pain relief you wish to have by doing some research, but keep an open mind. I wasn't going to have gas and air and changed my mind twice about an epidural, but I had both and the experience was great. Some people want an epidural but don't have time for one, so go with the flow...
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
