Have you ever gotten a freak nosebleed when you "didn't" punch yourself in the face?

Sounds like dehydration. I used to get nose bleeds a lot and water has a lot to do with it. Stop drinking soda.

Do you use any "performance drinks"? Stop taking any supplement or Creatine and just drink good water. I know for a fact that it is bad to work out 7 days a week.

The reason is that you only build muscle when at rest. Working out physically damages the muscle tissue and each destroyed cell can actually turn in to 2 new cells. This is why good sleep is important but if you work out a lot, you simply can't recover in one night.

If you are destroying more cells than your body can rebuild you are getting the opposite effect from what your goal is; building muscle. You may have heard you need 8 glasses of water a day right? But that is for a fat American who doesn't work out.

You need to be drinking more than 8 glasses of water a day and resting more. The website in my source also recommends taking a whole week off from your workout every 4 weeks.

This could be due to several things. Do you live in a dry climate? Best bet is to see your doctor.

Chances are there is a blood vessel that is too close to the surface and when you work out you deplete your body of fluid thus drying out your nose and cracking the blood vessel open. There is a simple procedure that a doctor can do in his office to fix it. They stick a Q-tip up your nose with a liquid that basically cauterizes the open vessel.

It definitely stings but is very effective. Bottom line, see a doctor. Cheers!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
