Have you ever received a Nigerian scam letter or email?

I should say emails. Apparently some of the US servicemen keep stumbling over Saddam's well hidden, lost treasures. They write to me asking me to make some financial arrangements to assist them in transporting the said goods back home.

For a percentage of the horde of course. Oh yes, and I keep on winning the British Lotteries, millions of course, even though I have never bought a ticket. Don't even live in that country.

Sometimes I write back asking them to send the said millions to certain charities as I don't need them. One day one of these scammers rang me from overseas (USA) even rang my mobile phone (don't know where they got hold of that one) and spoke to me for quite a long time (imagine their phone bill) about some holiday I had won. I acted quite interested until the very last when they asked for my credit card information ... Told them I never use my credit card to make telephone or online purchases.

Imagine how cheezed off they were .... haha. It's great to be able to waste their time.

I get random emails from "Maryaa" and other ladies saying that they just moved to the country and want to get married. I just sit there in shock because this happens on several of my email accounts and they always attach a picture. I'm hoping it's just an automated spam email.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
