Have you ever wanted to just say simply "thank you" to HubPages and their staff and volunteers?

They make forty cents for every sixty that I make. . .. Off of my own hubs.

I've often wanted to say, "thank you," and a few other things as well. Luckily, I do more thinking than speaking.

No, this site is profitable for them or they wouldn't have it. For every penny we make, they make much more. I'm glad we are all here but it isn't some benevolent act on the part of Hubpages.

Thank you everyone for your replies. I see it runs the gamut of feelings. My experience is it is in a sense an answer to a void - how can I creatively express myself while writing seriously as well.

And, I am having fun meeting so many new and interesting people too. Reading wonderfully fantastic article opening up the world to me in areas I have not even known before.

To be honest, no. They make money from what we write and control anything that is put into this site. It's their job and I don't agree with many of the things they do on here.

I do enjoy my time here but it is getting to be a pain trying to write things that aren't going to get censored.

Yes I would like to say thank you to hubpages they have opened up a side of me that I thought was dead and gone.

I want to thank them, definitely, for providing such a stimulating and positive environment - a holistic environment - on hubpages!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
