It has gone up. An it has gone up at a much slower rate under Obama. Under Bush from 2000 to 2008, my family's insurance premiums increased 6000%.
Six Thousand Percent. Since the ACA was passed, my premiums have gone up about 15%. Interestingly, the year before the ACA was passed, they went up around 70% and my employer required us to pay more of that, I think in anticipation of the ACA rules for premium hikes.
