My thought would be don't do it. Eight months after my daughter was born, I ended up in the hospital and almost died from severe depletion of natural flora and fauna in my colon after being prescribed too many antibiotics after an ear infection. A colon cleanse can do the same thing.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
