That's not too bad of a weight. What I always did was switch up my routine. If you've been doing low intensity, switch to high.
Circuits are the most efficient for high intensity sets. Look up a high intensity routine and stick to it. I know fat people who jog, but they stay the same because they do low intensity.
Next time you go out for a jog. Do 5 100m sprints instead.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
