If you can explain how something non-physical is able to perform a physical action that affects physical objects, then you might ought to be scared. There is no such thing as haunting spirits. What occurs in the afterlife is up for debate, but in our world, only physical beings can cause physical changes in the environment.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
