The issue with harassment is its subjective. Meaning a good enough lawer can make almost anything harassment. But, not to worry what you are facing hear is called 'internet bullshit' neither you or the other guy are going to do anything.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
