The WinForms designer allows you to stretch your form to the maximum allowed window size for Windows, and you can use the scroll bars if your screen is not large enough to view the entire form. This will allow you to design for larger resolutions. However, the deeper problem is that you need to learn about proper control anchoring and docking in a form to compensate for different screen resolutions.
I also suggest reading up on Windows UI design guidelines (email me and I can send you the Windows 7 UX Guide).
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
