Well firs I will say I am perfictly qualified to answer this question. First ine keyboard broke cuz she hit it or somthing. I had a case where someone hit the computer and it corrupted the harddrive with an outcome similar to this.
You must remeber the hardrive is a couple of diskes going around at 5400-7500 rpm and hittinh it is not good. But other than that is the OS vista? It is a fact that vista is a resorce hog and that can easly slow down a system.
Another solution upon statr up to go into safe mode. This is different on every computer but for most it is hitting the f8 key a couple times as soon as the computer starts up. Safemode disables all processes/services unnecessary to run and is a debug tool.
Form here is the best time to run an antivirus scan because most viruses attach themselves to background processes and safemode may disable these. For an antivirus I always use AVG Free like the name implies it is free and it is very good. But in all likelihood it is probably not a virus and it always seem that whenever there is a problem with a computer this is where people turn andis not usualy the problem.
If she can when you turn on the computwer and it loads up (regardless of mode) press Ctrl, Alt, Del and open the task manager. Go to proceses, and click the "Mem usage" tab until the biggest is on top. If under the username it says your username right click on it and end process.
Make sure not to end the "explorer. Exe" because this will get rid of the start bar and make it hard to do anything on the pc. Anyway also take a look at the performance tab.
You are looking at the 2 bars not the graphed ones you want to leave the computer alone while the cpu one is at 90%+ because this will evoke a freeze up. In fact do this first. Big tip: have a little patience and make sure to let the computer fully load just because it hase the screed up doesn't mean it is ready (especially with vista) I once had a case where a guys hp laptop took 10 minutes to fully start.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
