Of course you can be sued for it. And yes it's happened before, where the mother either knew or strongly suspected that the man she claimed to be the father was not in fact the father. You won't go to jail, but paternity fraud IS illegal.
At the very least, you will be forced to repay the false father any child support he has paid you. Yes, you can be sued for "cheating on your man". You can be sued for pretty much anything.
But you cannot be held legally liable for "cheating on your man", nor can you be held legally liable for getting pregnant as a result of an affair. Infidelity is not illegal. You CAN, however, be held legally liable for attempting to pass off the child to a man whom you KNOW (or strongly suspect) is not the father.
Paternity fraud IS illegal.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
