Dreamweaver, as of this file's publication, is available in several labs. However, I also found contact information for that department. This page - nyu.edu/its/ams/ - lists some e-mail addresses that you can use to ask questions.
I would contact them to confirm. Because I really doubt that they've stopped using Dreamweaver, I'm going to say "Yes" to your question - however, I'd suggest e-mailing them to be sure, because things do sometimes change.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
