This answer is from my personal experience because I have been having horrid chest/heart pains for months and my doctors have done everything but I'm fit as a fiddle...However they said I have the tendency to move awkward in my sleep causing a strained muscle in my chest leading to pains the seem to be stemming from the heart....extremely painful I cry, I am jerked awake in the middle of the night, I scream and I want to just jump off a cliff...I too am overweight and have many struggles with losing the weight...I am also borderline diabetic....I am NOT saying that is your issue...Just offering personal experience as a possible answer and maybe offering that as a suggestion to a doctor might open a new door way to help find what is wrong. Best of luck...and hang in there.
Two things that come to mind. Do you have heartburn? I've had heartburn that didn't feel like it but zantac took care of the pain.
Also, Costochondritis is horribly painful. Feels like you're having a heart attack too. It's inflamed cartilage in your chest from a sprain or strain.
If you don't treat it with rest, it will keep on hurting. I did this before and was on heavy painkillers and anti-inflammatory meds for a week and absolute bed rest! I slept in my reclining chair with a neck prop pillow, had to get help dressing and couldn't lift anything except my fork, spoon and a small cup.It was awful!
But the pain eventually went away. I hope this helps. I had never heard of it before I had it.
I just wanted to let you know that this forum doesn't represent Dr. Oz, but instead is a real person-to-person question and answer forum. If you have a question about Dr. Oz or his show, this is a great place to post it! "Who was the guest on Dr. Oz's show for Jan 3?", or, "What was the most interesting Dr. Oz show you've ever seen"?
If you want to contact Dr. Oz, you can either ask the community if anyone knows how, "How can I contact Dr. Oz", or you should contact his company and management firm directly. I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
