I'm not sure what resourses you have, I live in the US, but during the summer I put two ice packs under her blankets on either side of her. It helped tremendously. I also used it in her car seat as we didn't have air conditioning in the car.
Just make sure the ice does not actualy touch your baby's skin as it could realy damage skin and nerves. I found the free ice packs formula companies sent were the best as they became pliable after partially thawing and mantained a cold temperature longer. Even on hot days she stayed nice and cool.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
