It depends on your height and weight. It's easier to lose weight when you have a LOT of weight to lose, but if you're more toned/a healthy weight or a couple pounds overweight it will take a lot longer. So yes it's possible, but it would be easier for someone who has like hundreds of pounds to lose (i don't know your height/weight so it's hard to tell).
Doubtful that you could lose that much. You also do NOT want to do that much cardio in a day unless you eat a lot. If you do too much cardio without eating enough you could actually go into starvation mode and your body will release the weight more slowly.
If you are going to do a lot of cardio you should drink lots of water, but you will also need to eat some sodium and other things that are full of nutrients like potassium or you will ruin your body's electrolyte balance.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
