Hi Kathryn, I think you missed the best one...what about Cambria? 6 miles from Hearst Castle?

Cambria is nice. It's one of my favorite places on the Central coastline, and Moonstone beach is the only nearby beach I frequent. I live in Templeton on 46 west, so it's only a few miles for me to get to Cambria.

Cambria is lovely, but I wouldn't want to live there because it's so often without power and suffers more storm, damage than many other towns and cities in the county.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
