Hi Seabastian, I'm having some troubles with wording our wedding invitations?

You are cordially invited to attend the wedding of XXXX to XXXX to be held up on THIS DATE. The Greek Orthodox ceremony will be held first at 12:30pm-1:30pm at Blahblah Church. The Maronite service will be from 2-2:30pm.

Guests are encouraged to attend the wedding service of their choice but are not required to attend both. The reception will be at XXXX and will start at 5pm. XXXX and XXXX hope you will be able to celebrate the joining of their lives on this special day.

Please RSVP by THIS DATE. Would this work?.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
