I've read up on this quite a bit, and all I keep reading is that I need a "commercial kitchen". What actually makes up a commercial kitchen? There is a small sandwich shop where I live that has been there for years, and they have no kitchen.
They have a couple of small refrigerators, and that it, maybe some toasters. They make sandwiches. So, technically they are a restaurant, which I would assume also requires a "commercial kitchen".
So, I'm really confused on this. All I want to do is provide some baked goods to local business, and they can then sell directly to consumers. Any help/explanation/guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Check... Check with your city's zoning office. Your area may not be zoned for commercial businesses (most residential areas are not). If you're supplying food, you need to follow all the city and state food business regulations, which can be quite complicated.
At the very least you need a food preparation license, which may require that your place be inspected and your workers have food handling training and certificates. Food preparation places have to meet lots of health and hygiene requirements to ensure safe food preparation and storage. You should be able to get the info you need at city hall.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
