I voted liberal, consider myself personally socialist beyond the liberals but their caucus was good and while Trudeau is inexperienced, he cleaned up his public image a lot. I was hoping for a liberal minority for the first term, maybe a majority reelection if all goes well and the conservatives don't put up a great candidate. As it stands I'll have to wait and see.
As a pot smoker I'm celebrating a tiny victory but as a working class Canadian I'm cautiously optimistic about the next 4 years.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
