Housing on-campus and housing off-campus: which do you prefer and why?

I personally have never lived on campus, but I haven’t attended any colleges that require housing, I’ve only attended a community college and a technical college. However I have many friends who are currently attending the University in this town and they all wish they had NOT moved on campus. They say its fun, being around classmates and having parties but there are rules, there are time curfews for parties, music and in some housing buildings, even curfews for being out of room, or in certain areas of the buildings.

They say there is more freedom being off campus, it doesn’t feel like you’re always being watched by campus security, and other adults who help run the joint. Parties are more fun, and it can be co-ed. I personally would choose to live off campus, because campus seems to be too busy for my liking.

I don’t want to have to side step down the hallway outside of my dorm room. I would rather have my own place, where I don’t have to be disturbed by everyone, or even some crazy randomly assigned roommate.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
