How and when to trim rose bushes?

The best time to prune rose bushes is in very early spring just when the forsythia begins to bloom.

Very late winter or early spring while it is still a little chilly as this reduces things like diseases that roses tend to get. Also, it depends on whether you want to trim your roses or not. Some people do, and I know that some don't..I do as this generates more healthier and stronger limbs, and a good root system.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
