They aren't. Photosynthesis creates fuel. Respiration burns it.
Like john. Jackson said, but in simpler terms. Both plants and animals respire to power their cells.
We just differ on where we get fuel. Plants make their own. We eat them.
They are the reverse of eachother:Respiration: C(6)H(12)O(6)+O(2)->6CO(2)+6H(2)O+energyPhotosynthesis: 6CO(2)+H(2)O->C(6)H(12)O(6)+O(2)Photosynthesis uses the suns energy and reactants to make glucose. Respiration uses the glucose to make energy and in effect reverses the reaction. This means that the gain in energy for the plant is basically the energy taken in from the sun.
Photosynthesis ocurs when plants In effect take in sunlight and breath out oxygen. Repiration is the same as we take in air and brath out carbon dioxide. The processes are the same.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
