A. Summer long staff receive a full week of training on job tasks, counseling skills, health and safety procedures, teamwork, and spiritual growth. The year-round staff supervises them.

Volunteer counselors receive written material before camp, and participate in a 1-day intensive training event. They are trained and supervised by the Senior Counselor – a hired summer position who is usually an adult professional such as a teacher or school counselor.
