Stafford Student Loan and Parent Loans for Undergraduate Students (PLUS) funds are disbursed one of two ways: electronic funds transfer (EFT) or by paper check. Most lenders will have their loan funds disbursed via EFT. By using the EFT process, loan proceeds are automatically credited to the students account at the Business Office.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
