How are the new paygrade entry rates determined?

The same way individual employees raises are calculated: Last years (October 1, 2006) entry rate for each paygrade is subtracted from the 2001 fully funded rate and multiplied by the appropriate percentage for each campus. The resulting amount is added to the 10/01/06 rate to establish the new rate for October 1, 2007. Example (for WVU main/HSC/PSC): The current October 1,2006, annual salary rate or paygrade 7 is $15,727.

The 2001 rate is $17,489. Subtract $15,727 from $17,489 = $1,762 X .445 = $784. $784 + $15,727 = $16,511.

The new entry rates for each campus can be found on the HR website at www.hr.wvu.edu. I am a Mountaineer Temp. More.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
