How Bharat Nirman is different from PMGSY?

Ans:Bharat Nirman is a time bound action plan for improvement in the rural infrastructure of Irrigation, Rural Housing, Rural Roads, Rural Telecommunication, Rural Water supply & Rural Electrification. PMGSY is a scheme under Bharat Nirman for providing Rural Road Connectivity. There is no funds provision under Bharat Nirman whereas PMGSY is a totally Govt.
