CGM has no real impact on eating, other than helping you make more intelligent decisions about taking insulin. Most insulin users count carbs, or should. Counting carbs means calculating to the best of your ability the blood sugar impact of the meal you are about to eat, then figuring out how much insulin to take to “cover” the carb load in advance, before you start eating.
Historically, you’d take a fingerstick reading before eating and either add or subtract insulin depending on whether you were above your blood sugar target or below it. But with CGM you now have context for that fingerstick. You can consider the trend over the last hour or two.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
