The U.S. student have options, you can get a scholarship fund in many ways. Study now pay later etc. if you have options why protest?
I don't know what the job market is like in the US, but in the UK I think leaving uni in $60k of debt in a country where your degree is unlikely to get you a better job is ridiculous. It's also going to prevent young people from going to university, these young people will also struggle to get jobs as there aren't really any. People are also pissed off because the lib dems who are in power with the conservatives made it one of their main pledges not to raise student fees, and actually went round to colleges signing stuff to say they wouldn't do it.
This is a large part of what got them in power in the first place. Personally it's about time people started protesting properly. Everyone is forever bitching and whining about the government, and noone ever does anything.
Whats the point in that?
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
