How can Christians continue to enjoy the fruits of science if they despise it so much?

I agree it is ridiculous to think we homosapiens are the only species in the ENTIRE universe. That is completely egocentric. Christians still claim the earth is about 6000 years old even though we have evidence in fossils, erosion, etc that it is billions of years old.

They are blind to what is actually there but see what is not there because of the promise of eternal ecstasy. It is very materialistic and worldly, which is something that is a sin according to the bible. Hypocrasy at its finest.

Oh! Now come on, it is only some Christians who despise science so much (except when they turn on their computers to complain about it.) Many just ignore it. Some even embrace it and just turn a blind eye to those little inconvenient facts.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
