How can I access and retrieve files that were saved to my Temporary Internet Files?

Not easily. It's possible, but a real pain. The problem is that the browsers themselves rename the files.(firefox and chrome do, for sure, and I think that IE does, too.

)So while the file exists, the real issue is that you do not know what you are looking for. As for the permissions, don't use Windows file manager. Get something like FREECommander or Total Commander which is a smarter file management app.

Well, you can and should be wary. You don't know me at all. But I can tell you that I have been using FreeCommander for 3 years and it is totally harmless and very powerful.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
