Well, you'd need to be accepted by a school, have them issue you an I-20 student form and register you in SEVIS. At that point, you could apply to change status to F1, assuming your application to B2 has been approved by then. If it isn't approved, you'll have to leave, apply for asylum or become illegal.
You can't legally change status if you are no longer in status, so you won't have many choices if the original application to change is denied.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
