Treat pillow creases in skin by intentionally changing sleep position when first crawling into bed each night. For instance, if normal sleep is with the face buried in the pillow, try a new position such as sleeping on the back and elevating the head by sleeping on two pillows instead of one. Sleeping in the same position each night often leaves permanent lines on the skin.
