How can I change the graphics quality on BioShock without restarting the game?

I don't think you need to worry about that. My PC version doesn't really have to restart, especially if the I only need to change the resolution or brightness. It just adjusts the graphics instantly. As for the console versions I am certain (at least for the xbox 360) that it also does the same.

If it really does "restart" when you tweak the graphics then maybe you're actually encountering a game crash. If you also play the PC version and you just barely meet the requirements then it might be best to keep it at low settings. Hope this helps.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
