Sorry, but if you are a minor, and your mom says no dying, then you are going to have to wait until you are 18.
Ask her if you can try the stuff that washes out after a few washes just to see how it turns out. There is nothing to lose but a few bucks.
The funny thing is - my mom never let me dye my hair when I was a teenager, either. Her reasoning is that it damages hair - which it really does. But until you're an adult and out on your own, there's nothing you can do or say to make her change her mind.
If you want to try, ask her if you can get a temporary color that washes out after so many shampoos.
Start telling her "Dumb Blonde" jokes and she might want her daughter to not be one.
My daughter went through this, too.....she's almost platinum blond, and for awhile hated it. We keep reminding her that people pay BIG bucks to get hair her color! Ah, but the grass is always greener and sometimes a girl just likes to change things up.
She's now old enough to color her hair, if she wants to, but never has. The thing about changing your hair color so drastically is your complexion color. You skin automatically "goes" with your hair color. To go to a dark color might make you look washed out in or just "odd".
I'm not sure how old you are, but it sounds like you probably need to go with what your mother wants for the time being, at least. Maybe down the road she will change her mind. Maybe she will go for a temporary rinse, that only lasts a few shampoos.
And you might change YOUR mind, too...and discover that that blond hair is part of your personality and character.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
