How can I correct a hub where I'm not promoting anything, which marks "overly promoting"?

If you didn't have enough text content in relation to the number of Amazon links, that would make a Hub overly-promotional. Write more original content for it so that you have at least 50 words for each product you advertise.

If so, it could be considered overly promotional. Are you linking to a website that is considered spam or has lots of pop-ups? If so, that could be considered overly promotional as well.

If you do decide to delete the hub and copy and paste to an editor, when you paste it back into the text box on hubs it will not show any word count. To fix this place your cursor at the beginning of your text and hold down your right arrow key letting it get to the end, then it should register all of your words. You might still have a problem of your article being duplicate material and have to resubmit.

You do not have a cat in hells chance of actually getting a human response to your question I would suggest you copy and paste your content into a word processor then delete the article from her . Next day start new hub with different title and copy paste your article back in. As you have disabled /un-published the content it should not stop you from going live.

I am also experiencing such problems with HubPages. I have a hub that does not promote sex, but an informative article. They disabled ads on that hub.

I changed all the words, still the hub is not having ads now. But I have seen many hubs with so much sex in them, why do HP show partiality? If they are going to restrict writers like this, we can't write anything free or original.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
