How can I deactivate my account and create another account using the same email address?

There is no direct option to deactivate your account. You need to send a mail to hubpages helpdesk asking them to delete your account. Before attempting that ensure that you save all your published hubs.It is better to create a new account with a new mail id.

Deactivating the account is not a good idea because (a) the pages of your hubs already published will be deleted but their backlinks and references might stay, creating page-not-found errors. This is bad for hub pages as a whole (b) if you publish the old hubs in the new account, they may be considered as duplicate (esp by Google) as the old pages would remain in cache for some time.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
