You can always use a java script to enable or disable controls in html. I suggest you use the getElementById, or you can use this script I created: Put the script between head tags. Paper Select a file: Additional: If you want to make disable in page load, just add disabled="disabled" attributes on input type control.
If you want to make it the way the value of checkbox, when Checkbox is checked the control will be enable just add a NEGATION before the chk. Checked, as shown above (I edited it already) Hope this will help...
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
