How can I download locally a QuickTime (.mov) movie from someone else's MobileMe account?

Two methods are here try it apple.com/mobileme/setup/pc/ ehow.com/how_4468764_mobileme-sync-email....

If you are able to play the movie from someone else's MobileMe account on your computer then you have essentially already downloaded it. I have had great success with the Grab++ feature of the Orbit downloader ( orbitdownloader.com/download.htm ) it watches the traffic going to and from your browser and attempts to pick out audio and video streams of many different types. Simply exit your browser, install orbit, start Grab++ (from the Tools menu), start the browser, navigate to the page, and watch the Grab++ window for the file to appear.

I would also note that a common obfuscation technique that Quicktime uses. It will provide a . Mov link that in itself contains urls to the actual content.

You can sometimes open these movies with QuicktimePro or even a text/hex editor to extract the true link.

MobileMe gives people the option to make their Quicktime movies download-able or not. Make sure this option is letting you do that and not blocking download access. Even if you've accessed their account, the original file is still on their computer, so anything they upload to their MobileMe account has to be flagged as download-able or not for people who access it through MobileMe.

For screen caps, I recommend iShowU HD: shinywhitebox.com/ishowuhd/main.htmlYou're not going to find a free screen cap program that won't place a watermark on your final product, so you can either purchase this program or not depending on whether you mind the watermark. Either way, even the non-registered version of iShowU is great. Extremely easy to use, and gives you many different options - show mouse or not, timed cap, selected screen, whole screen, etc.Etc.

IShowU is for Apple|Macs. For Microsoft Windows|Windows, I'd go with WM Capture: http://www.wmrecorder.com/wm_capture.php#All-streaming-mediaGood luck!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
