Photoshop has powerful import tools. However, a direct import into PhotoShop from InDesign is not possible. The highest quality solution is to save your InDesign file as a PDF.
InDesign saves vector (as opposed to raster) based PDF's. This means that when imported into PhotoShop, any resolution can be selected with great results. Any quality loss should be virtually undetectable.
To import the file from PhotoShop, simply choose 'Open' from the file menu and open the exported PDF. You will see a dialog box with thumbnails of each PDF page. Choose the page or pages that you would like to import and select the resolution.
Typically, web resolution is 72 pixels per inch. Your resolution choice will ultimately determine the size of your web template graphic. More.
