How can I export trees in TNT format then convert them to Newick format in an automated way, with a Python script?

Use this Python script below. It will convert all TNT-format trees (which it identifies by the files having ". Tnttree" as the suffix; change this, or your filenames, if your files have a different suffix) to Newick format, producing a ".tnttree.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
