How can I get my brain to release lots of endorphins and dopamine?

The brain has no way of knowing that it is about to die or that the person to which it belongs is about to die. Therefore what it does have nothing to do with death. Further, unless what it does can save the animal from dying, it won't be passed along to the next generation.

There is one thing that an animal does when faced with extreme danger, and it is tonic immobility, or frozen with fear. This instinct is found in a large number of animals, including sharks, frogs, lizards, deer, and even humans. This instinct is triggered by extreme fear, often when an animal has been caught by a predator.

It is characterized by the inability to move. Rape victims and the survivors of the Norwegian mass shooting reported that they were unable to move due to fear. Since predators are focused on movement, the sudden paralysis of the prey sometimes confuses the predator.

The confused predator may be so confused that it lets go of the prey or relaxes its grip and looks around for the prey and for movement. If the prey can snap out of its temporary analysis, then it has a chance of escaping. Indeed there are known cases that prey has escaped this way.

The survivor of the mass shooting reported that the shooter moved on to other victims instead of shooting them. Therefore, indeed, some behaviors can help an animal survive even when faced with extreme danger. However, not all things that happen when an animal is dying or in danger can by lumped in the same category as being adaptive.

These behavior may be triggered by something else rather than death. Below is an image of a treefrog undergoing tonic immobility. Https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/c...

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
