I have known many slashers, the problem is you might inadvertently hit a main artery; that is fatal. Some of the best I had in jails and prison, use to slash as a way of crying out for a need like speak to me, notice me, some id it for the pleasure of cutting, please seek some help, as I am afraid for you and where you are headed. For the time being Long sleeves is about all you can do to cover up the wounds.
Make sure you treat your cuts with n antibiotic cream and wrap the wound to heal, I will pray for you to stop this act.
I know this isn't what you want to hear but get out now while you can. Its only going to get worse. Write in a journal, stab a pillow, vent to a friend, draw/paint/color, exercise anything just don't cut.
And you said you have really small skinny wrists so it would only take an accident to kill yourself. As for your question. I'm not going to convince you because chances are you won't listen.
Or its for attention. But from my experience the following work well: Bracelets Arm warmers Long sleeve shirts Jackets- you can wear really thin ones in summer and their are a few others but these work the best. Most people feel too ashamed to tell people about self harm.
Only reason I'm open is because I'm currently recovering from my self harm issues. Its not a safe alternative and its not an acceptable form of pain management. What happens when someone sees it?
What if you have to have blood drawn and they see it? What if you make a mistake and someone walks in and your passed out because of it? Have siblings?
What if the walk in and see you? Kids look up to people around them. And you may teach that self harm is okay.
Could you deal if a young family member (sis/bro/cousin) starts doing it? Think about it.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
