If you have celiac disease, purposely eating gluten will: 1. Cause devastating abdominal pain. 2.
Cause damage to the enteric (small intestine) villi, greatly increasing your risk for GI cancer. 3. Cause damage to the lacteals (lymph vessels) of the enteric villi, greatly increasing your risk for lymphoma.
(One of the most frightening things about celiac disease.) 4. Cause inflammation and damage to the layers of the small intestine, increasing your risk for sepsis. 5. Malabsorption and malnourishment will leave you weak, fatigued, and vulnerable to every bacterial and viral pathogen you encounter.
Your skin will be dull and patchy and your hair will become thin and fall out. I'm a celiac, and I understand the idea that "If I eat gluten, I'll get thin." I lost 50 pounds before I was diagnosed.
I was anorexic in college, and losing weight can be a euphoria-inducing feeling. But not when it involves the risk for ugly death caused by sepsis, intestinal cancers, and lymphoma. "Gluten-free" doesn't always mean healthy.
Some gluten-free products are high-carbohydrate, high-fat, high-sugar, and full of empty calories. Your body was nutrient-starved before, so it's desperately putting the pounds on in case you become sick again. Your body doesn't understand what happened, just that it was starved and now it has to make up for it.
My recommendation? Beans, eggs, yogurt, fruits and vegetables. Chicken breasts.
If you "eat fresh and eat naked", your weight gain will slow down, you will start having more energy, and you can then work on getting down to a comfortable weight. Take your time! Your body has been devastated by this disease, and it can take months to heal completely.
This Site Might Help You. RE: Will purposely eating gluten, while having celiac disease, help me loose weight? Hopefully you know what celiac disease is, and what it does to people's body.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
