Any symptom relief gained from a steroid injection is temporary, and this period of relief should be seen as a "window of opportunity," during which you can participate more fully in a structured physical therapy program. The symptom relief achieved from an injection can hopefully be maintained and even improved upon with exercise, in conjunction with appropriate diet and supplements. Do not start exercising until at least 1 day after an injection.
Symptom relief can take 3 - 5 days, or even longer, so it may be a week or more before you are ready for physical therapy.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
