How can I preserve my emails and email settings in Outlook express when I upgrade to Office 2007 from Office 2003?

I do not wish to lose old emails that I have in Oulook Express. I also have 3 different identities set up in Outlook Express and I do not want to go through the headache of setting those up again. When I install Office 2007, will there be an option to just upgrade what is there and keep my old emails and email settings?
