How can I stop people sending me unwanted spam mail?

Cancel your email. I have tried to eliminate spam from my email. I believe that it is impossible.

So, to make life tolerable I set my Spam filter to delete after one week, and I mark unsolicited email as spam. You can set your Spamfilter to delete immediately. But if you give out your email address to someone and don't enter them into your address book, you will never know they mailed you.

I did have quit a bit of luck with opening the emails and unsubscribing, but I caught a trojan the other day, so; no more of that. Something to try is be wary of whom you give your address out to. And make sure when you register to a site, click the do not send me email box.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
