From what I'm seeing on the blackberry forums, there is no way to sync your Blackberry with Outlook email without a BES. Here are some steps from Google on how to set up your blackberry to receive your email: mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?an... If you have Outlook configured to download your email every few minutes and then delete messages from the server you will probably need to change that setting so that the blackberry can check the server for messages too before they are deleted. You can sync other things (calendar, tasks, etc) using the software that comes with your blackberry: blackberryinsight.com/2007/01/28/how-to-... If I had a bit more information I might be able to give you a better answer... Are you using an exchange server for your Outlook email or a POP3 or IMAP account?
Are you just trying to receive items on your Blackberry or are you trying to get the BB and Outlook to match (e.g. Delete a message from one deletes from other). What version of Outlook are you using (2002/3/7)?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
