How can I transfer my old cell phone's pics to my new one?

I'm not sure how you did it but if you just clicked and dragged it to the folder, that doesn't work for some things. Sometimes you have to sync it something like that.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
