How can you contact someone who is currently touring the Peruvian rainforest?

Do it the old fashion way, you have to send somebody to track and locate them in the forest, a native, a guide who has experience roaming the rain forest. If you are in doubt about their condition or safety that's why you want to contact them, then you have to go and report your concern to the peruvian embassy. And ask for advise and help on how you can contact the someone.

Since the embassy have the authority, resources and personnel to send and search the rain forest.

No not every point in the world has access to electronic communication. Did this person say they would have access to phones, the internet or a satalite phone. If the answer is no you may be out of luck.

It depends if they have a cell phone or internet access. Although, I don't think a cell phone would work in a rainforest, unless they have Verizon wireless! :D.

I think that by now every part of the world has some sort of communication link. Even the poorest countries. I think the person will have to contact YOU first.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
